VC-50 is formed by complex chemical reactions of a variety of special activators. It is

better than AF and BPP, which is characterized by the followings:

1.The melting point is lower than 95 æ, with good dispersibility during rubber

refining, has good compatibility with various brands of F-rubber and packing, with

low rejection rate. It avoids defect of quality instability resulting from difficulty in

dispersion when applying AF and BPP powder.

2.Better processing fluidity, which is beneficial for complex-shaped F-rubber

product.

3.The physical performance, hand feeling and compression resistance is better than

No.3 vulcanizer and bisphenolAF powder.

4.The product is blocky, which reduces dust pollution and waste during production.

5.The dosage is less slightly than AF + BPP, which reduces cost.

6.The product is free of any smells and toxicity. It protects human from the poison of

organic benzene in bisphenol system. It is an environment-friendly product.
