Product features: FKM raw gum Terpolymer is synthesized by the copolymerization of vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene. Due to the high fluorine content of this fluorine rubber, it has outstanding high temperature resistance, oil resistance, especially resistance to diester oil, chemical resistance and good physical and mechanical properties. It can usually be used for a long time at 275° C and for a short time at 320 ° C. Oil resistance and acid resistance are better than FKM-26. Weather resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, gas permeability and electrical properties and fire resistance are similar to type 26 rubber.
Applications: Fluorine rubber is mainly used in high and low temperature sealing, vacuum instrument equipment, chemical equipment, automobile, aviation and other fields.
Raw gum with high Mooney viscosity（121~140 ）：Excellent tensile strength, low compression permanent deformation, good release property, good bonding with metal, suitable for the production of molded O-rings, gaskets, oil seals, etc.
Raw gum with Medium Mooney viscosity（60~80）：Good heat resistance, improved processing performance, good fluidity, good adhesion with metal, suitable for O-ring, oil seal, complex structure miscellaneous parts, rubber plate and so on.
Raw gum with low Mooney viscosity（20~39）：Good fluidity, suitable for extruding hose, sealing and other extruded products.
